50W flexible solar photovoltaic panel
This 50W flexible solar photovoltaic panel adopts ETFE solar panel lamination process. ETFE is a transparent film material with excellent heat resistance. It has the characteristics of up to 95% light transmittance, good flame retardancy and burn resistance, high stretchability, chemical resistance, weather resistance and so on. Because the thickness of solar cells is very thin, they are fragile and easily corroded. If they are directly exposed to the atmosphere, their conversion efficiency will decrease due to environmental influences, and even fail. Each sunpower solar cell has a voltage of 0.55V. To achieve the required voltage and current for a solar cell module, solar cells will first be connected in series and parallel accordingly, and then encapsulated into a flat structure through processes such as adhesive sealing and lamination before being put into use.
